HOW TO CONSIGN!

Here’s how it works!
• Items screened: by appointment only.
• Maximum 20 items accepted.
• Consignors will receive 40% of the selling price at the end of the 60-day display time. (Wedding & Formal Wear will be displayed longer)
• Black Tie Affair will set the price - we know what our market will bear. We consider the value of the item presented and will price accordingly.
We want to get the best price possible for our consignors, pass a reasonable price on to our customers and stay in business!

*Brands we like at Black Tie Affair: only name brand clothing and accessories such as CHICO’S, COLDWATER CREEK, TALBOTS, WHITE HOUSE BLACK MARKET, COACH, MICHAEL KORS - you get the idea!

**SORRY - We do not SELL Wal-Mart, Kmart, etc. Clothing must be:
• NO OLDER THAN 3 YEARS! Wedding and vintage excluded!
• Freshly laundered, pressed, odor free, on hangers or neatly folded.
• Repaired - buttons must button; zippers zip and hems hemmed!
Clothing is taken seasonally and is displayed for 60 days.
Items picked up before contract end date will incur a $1 per item charge. Wedding Dresses and Formal wear will incur a $10 charge.
Consignors are required to check on their accounts at the end of the 60-day consignment period and reclaim any un-sold items within 7 days. Unclaimed items become the property of Black Tie Affair & are either sold or donated.
